I would like to thank everyone at H.E.L.P. Ministries Inc. and to Deacon Cobb for not only being there for me when my family needed you with advice and prayers, but also with help from H.E.L.P. Ministries Inc. Without help from them, there would not have been FOOD on the table. Because of H.E.L.P. Ministries Inc., I have food and clothing for my family. They have put me in touch with other people to help pay my electric bill for a month. Deacon Cobb also helped my find a job! This man and the ministry have been a life saver for my whole family. It was my friend that sent me to Deacon Cobb for help, just as she was guided to hem for help when she needed it. I really can't say how things would have turned out for me if not for the help and open hearts of Deacon Cobb and H.E.L.P. Ministries Inc.

It's hard to express everything Deacon Cobb has done to help us. He made me believe again that God is out there for us and it's hard for Him to help us all at once. That's why we have people like Deacon Cobb. Like everyone else, we have had some terrible times and hopeless times. There have been times we had no food at all. Deacon Cobb made sure my family had food. I have gone moths with no electricity, water, and no clothes for my step son. Decon Cobb lead me to the right people who could help me. I have been in Florida for four years living on hopes and dreams. I have always known God but never fully trusted Him like I do now. And it's sad that it took my aunt and I needing food to realize that all we needed was faith in the Lord. Every Tuesday, I went down to the church for food. I got more and more faithful from the payers I received from the ministry along with the food and clothing being provided. I started attending the Sunday services was fed even more wonderful blessings. Those blessings made me a faithful, strong black woman. That never crossed my mind because I was just living day by day, and not by faith. I passed all of my college classes with a 100% hands on as well as my book work. I ended up getting my license in being a Full Specialist, which allows me to do Skincare as well as Nail Tech in any spa. Thank you for everything, H.E.L.P. Ministries, Inc. God Bless!

My name is Sharon A. Wade. I first came to H.E.L.P. Ministries, Inc. in October, 2008. It was at a time when I was lacking spiritual guidance and having a hard time putting food on the table for my five grandchildren. The program has changed my situation a great deal. By giving me food and advice on how to get benefits from resources, I am now able to help my grandchildren futher their education and purchase the necessary tools to aid them in their schooling. I am also in church feeling blessed. I also volunteer where I an needed at H.E.L.P. Ministries, Inc. I give thanks to Deacon Cobb for his christian advice. I am able to focus on the things in life that are important and help others to focus on a future free of worry.
